We'll tell you on site before proceeding. If we open something up and find additional work is needed, we explain exactly what we've found, give you a revised price, and only continue once you've confirmed. Nothing proceeds without your sign-off.

It covers the quality of the work we carry out. If something we repaired, installed, or connected fails because of how we did the job, we come back and fix it at no charge, no arguments.

What it doesn't cover is natural wear, unrelated failures, or the same underlying problem recurring through normal use. For example, a drain we cleared that blocks again six months later due to grease buildup is a natural recurrence, not a workmanship failure. A joint we fitted that starts leaking because it wasn't connected correctly is and we fix it free.
